Great product for the price. The main hose from the cassette is not quite 20m but if you include the feed hose it does takes it over 20m. If you're going to use the hose regularly and keep it mounted then assume the hose will only reach 18m at best. Hose retracts easily and neatly, but the spring mechanism gets stronger the further out the hose is extracted, so the last few meters may be tricky for less able-bodied people. And if it is fully extended, watch out for the strong pull when the auto-retract kicks in. There is no great control with the supplied nozzle, but at this price you can afford to buy a better quality one.

Straightforward mounting kit had this on the wall in fifteen minutes. The automatic rewind works perfectly - I've delayed posting this review for three weeks and it's worked daily for that period without a hitch. It's nice that it folds to the side and flat against the wall when not in use, and the rewind mechanism coils the hose neatly by working from side to side. Very please.

Does what it's supposed to, but sometimes a bit reluctant to rewind fully.
Well thought out but not perfectly implemented spray patterns on the trigger control provided, which has an effective catch to keep it on if you want.

Excellent product although the auto rewind is quite fierce so you need to stand clear. Once fitted on the wall i was delighted to see the whole unit swivels around with you, so no more yanking the hose - it followed you effortlessly. As i say the only thing to watch out for is the autorewind - it is brilliant, but you need to make sure you are prepared for it.

Good auto-rewind action. However, unwinding the hose requires quite a bit of physical strength, especially if you need to extend the hose fully - each release action takes more strength. So if you don't have a great deal of physical strength, then this isn't for you. Otherwise a good hose.

I received this about six weeks ago and it was easy to fit. Beware of the hose retractor the first time you use it, I don't know whether to say it's very efficient or fierce ! Good value so far.

I liked every-thing about this Auto Rewind Garden Water Hose Reel. It took 6 days to arrive but it was worth it, the auto rewind is fast and works very well, the water pressure is very powerful,I make sure the hose is fully extended before turning the water on, the swivel is really good, the bracket is fixed to the wall, slide the hose reel on and put the retaining pin in, ideal for my Garden, would I Recommend this Item? A big fat Yes!
