White Remote Controller for ANSIO Tower Fan

Having bought and used the Ansio tower fan last year (excellent product by the way), I managed to mislay the remote control after putting it in the loft over winter. Not a great problem, as the buttons on the fan do the same job but being lazy, I bought this replacement when I came across it. It looks and works just as the original did. Delivery was fast and I am happy to give the product and company five stars.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I'm so annoyed and upset with this item. It doesn't work at all. No air comes from it. And to make matters worse I now have a burnt motor smell in the house.

The item arrived just in a box with no secure packaging around it. And really not looked after.

It's a complete waste of money and the burning smell is a worry!
